Steven David's Urban Balance
Steven David Urban is a Certified Level 2 DDPY instructor. He is insured and CPR certified. Steven has utilized the DDPY exercises to help heal a neck injury that led to 80% loss of use to his right arm and constant pain. In addition to helping heal the injury, he lost over 90 pounds and gone from 26% body fat to 15% body fat since July of 2016 practicing the DDP Yoga program.
His goal is to help other people improve their health and own their life through exercises that everyone can learn. Steven also offers guidance concerning nutrition.
